By creating an account, creating a community, or joining a community on Kingdom Community, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

2. Permitted Use

Kingdom Community is designed for building professional, purpose-driven communities. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner that respects other users. You are responsible for all content you post and all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Prohibited Content & Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on this platform:

• Illegal activity — content that violates federal, state, or local law, including but not limited to fraud, harassment, threats, distribution of illegal materials, or facilitating criminal conduct;
• Hate speech & discrimination — content that attacks, demeans, or promotes hatred toward individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, national origin, or any other protected characteristic;
• Harassment & abuse — targeted harassment, bullying, doxxing, or any conduct intended to intimidate or harm another person;
• Spam & deceptive content — unsolicited mass messages, misleading information, impersonation of others, or fraudulent activity;
• Exploitation — content that exploits or endangers minors in any way.

Violations may result in immediate removal of content, suspension, or permanent ban from the platform at the sole discretion of the platform administrator.

4. Platform Moderation & Administrator Rights

To protect the integrity of the platform and the safety of all users, the platform administrator (superadmin) reserves the right to review any content, conversations, or activity within any community hosted on this platform at any time, without prior notice.

This oversight exists to:

• Ensure compliance with these Terms of Service and applicable law;
• Investigate reports of violations, including illegal conduct, hate speech, or discriminatory behavior;
• Maintain a professional and respectful environment across all communities;
• Respond to legal obligations or law enforcement requests where required.

By using this platform — whether as a community owner or member — you explicitly acknowledge and consent to this moderation oversight as a condition of access. Community owners are responsible for moderating their own communities and ensuring their members comply with these Terms.

5. Community Owner Responsibilities

If you create a community on this platform, you take on responsibility for its content and members. You agree to enforce these Terms within your community, respond promptly to reports of violations, and cooperate with platform moderation when issues are escalated. The platform administrator retains final authority over all communities.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms. You may also delete your own account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease and your content may be removed.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting content on the platform, you grant Kingdom Community a limited license to display and distribute that content within the platform for the purpose of operating the service. We do not claim ownership over your content.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when we do. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
